We made plans to meet next weekend with Marion and John to volley a few ideas around. There is a possibility that John could be whisked away to Morrocco due to a role he’s up for. We’ll play it by ear if that happens. I’d be inclined to put the project on hold until he returns.

Just received an email from Matt Garrett and he’s on board for this. Matt was essential to making Heart of Now what it is — that guy has very good instincts (or is it intuition) for on-the-fly composition. He should be shooting docs.

Marion Kerr and I have been talking about doing a small project together because the end of production on Heart of Now has left a void. I in particular find it difficult to shake the depression that has set in. As Marion says, “what do I do with myself now? surely not what I did before”. The prospect of going back to my old life, the one I lived before Heart of Now, is daunting.
